STONE IMAGES XII

November 1, 2022 through January 8, 2023

Viewing stones are shaped by water, wind, sand, and ice. The ancient practice of observing viewing stones (a.k.a. Scholar Stones, Suiseki, and Suosek) is an art of the imagination, in which we can see mountains, figures, animals, and even deep space.

The exhibit was the 12th in a series of shows organized by the Puget Sound Bonsai Association’s Northwest Viewing Stone Club at Pacific Bonsai Museum.
