On October 19, 2019, Joel Schwarz--a member of the PSBA Viewing Stone Study Group and exhibitor in Stone Images X--will be at Pacific Bonsai Museum to answer questions about the exhibit and demonstrate stone polishing. This is a hands-on activity where the public can pet, polish, and see daizas (viewing stone stands), and learn about viewing stone displays.

A community favorite, A Bonsai Solstice, is our annual evening of peace and joy when we invite you to visit the collection at night, stroll through the exhibit, and take in the glow of bonsai illuminated by soft holiday lights. Live acoustic music from acclaimed local guitarist Leon Christian will add to the magical atmosphere. Leon plays from 5 to 7pm.
